Ongoing Invitation to Bid Process

Lakeway Area Habitat for Humanity extends this Invitation to Bid on certain items or services for 2018. Our projects include new construction and revitalization projects around Hamblen, Grainger and Claiborne Counties. Habitat will utilize both private and public funding – which may include THDA and FHLB funds– for some of these projects, including our Aging In Place program*, and will abide by all federal state and local procurement guidelines set forth. Lakeway Habitat accepts bids on an ongoing basis.

Applicable city, state, and federal regulations such as but not limited to Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109, and E.O. 11246 are required.

To be considered, you must first be approved to participate in our bidding process.

First, email necessary documents to You must also mail completed and signed copies of all bid-related documents to Lakeway Area Habitat for Humanity,  ATTN: Stephanie Wesson or Christina Love-Baldwin, P.O. Box 2133 Morristown, TN, 38716.

The documents that should be emailed and mailed are as follows:

  1. Company Profile Form
  2. Habitat for Humanity Comprehensive Subcontractor Agreement
  3. Copy of applicable Business or General Contractor’s License
  4. Copy of your General Liability Insurance and Workers’ Comp. Insurance
  5. Bid Sheet(s) – please click here for a list of items and services up for bid.
